Current Conditions Season:: Fall Weather: Tempuratures are dropping and tend to get very low at night. Though the sun shines you can still feel the crisp breezes as they blow the multicolored leaves around.	First there was nothing. Then from the nothing burst forth two equines of the two alliances onto the lands of Free Skies. Comanche and Zanzibar. Comanche ruled over the lights, fair and kind, Zanzibar over the darks, cruel and mean. But both held command over flourishing herds. Beside Comanche stood the ever spirited Joker. But she had a secret. Her heart did not know whether it belonged to the dark or light lord. Causing many heartbreak she crossed over several times, never actually deciding. Beside Zanzibar was the ever faithful Adonia. Though dark she truely loved Zanzibar. Everything was peaceful, everyone had a new generation, and a heir except Zanzibar who's many children were scattered. Heat began to build between the two alliances and soon a meeting was called, inviting everyone of both sides. What happened next to this majestic land? First there was nothing. Then from the nothing burst forth two equines of the two alliances onto the lands of Free Skies. Comanche and Zanzibar. Comanche ruled over the lights, fair and kind, Zanzibar over the darks, cruel and mean. But both held command over flourishing herds. Beside Comanche stood the ever spirited Joker. But she had a secret. Her heart did not know whether it belonged to the dark or light lord. Causing many heartbreak she crossed over several times, never actually deciding. Beside Zanzibar was the ever faithful Adonia. Though dark she truely loved Zanzibar. Everything was peaceful, everyone had a new generation, and a heir except Zanzibar who's many children were scattered. Heat began to build between the two alliances and soon a meeting was called, inviting everyone of both sides.

The Alphas arrived first and soon most of the alliances trickled in. Discussions began and soon became heated. One mare of the dark alliance, Demoness, began to shout and rave, and was about to spill secrets of the darks when Zanzibar killed her with a mighty swipe of his hoof. The meeting adjourned and all returned to their homelands. Zanzibar had aquired a new mare, Pompeii. Once home the mare killed Zanzibar after he had been in a fight with another stallion. But the mighty Zanzibar wasn't completely down. He made a deal with the devil and began to battle lucifer. Things weren't going either way, and all of Free Skies was holding their breath to see if their great dark lord would live. Suddenly out of the sky there was a blinding flash of light and a ground rocking boom.

When everyone's vision cleared Zanzibar's fight and Comanche were gone. With no leaders equines began to drift away, not wanting to stay in the odd lands. Zanzibar's faithful mate, Adonia birthed a young colt who barely survived and died, perhaps joining Zanzibar in the underworld. Two horses however didn't want to leave. One was Red Silk, the beautiful chestnut daughter of the light betas, and future mate to Storm, the heir to the Alpha throne until he too left. The other was Knight of the Ocean, one of the first of Zanzibar's fawns born and living, the black Friesian claimed the dark throne as his father's heir. Red Silk then pronouced herself Alpha Mare of the lights. With two solid rulers once again equines began filtering back in. But one wonders, will Zanzibar's scattered children ever return? Does one of them have a more leginimate claim to the throne? And what happened to Comanche? Will we ever know?
